Robux TOS is different than my other TOS, because robux is different to transfer than money.

Payment Methods
I take 50/50 payments and upfront payments. With 50/50 payment, you can pay me 50% before, or after I am done sketching, then the next 50% when I am done.I do not do any refunds with robux.A more complex design will add to the price, such as mecha & armor. A more complex & detailed background will also add to the price.We can also discuss the pricing before the commission if needed.I will send you a link to purchase my t-shirt or gamepass on Roblox, but I may charge more robux to buy the item, because Roblox takes away 30% when someone buys your stuff and not giving me the amount needed to do the commission, so increasing the amount needed by 30%. so a 1200 robux commission would cost 1715 robux, because Roblox would take away 30% of that making it 1200 robux. This way is more quicker but is more costly.Another way you can make a transaction is to send me a link to your Roblox group, and let me join, and wait till I am verified in your group and allowed to be paid out, then you can pay me. This way is much more easier, but may take a while.
Dont's
- No NSFW, I will draw a little bit of gore, such as blood, but no severe heavy gore.- No furry, Anthro, MLP (I just can't draw them).- No hateful artwork (homophobic, racist, etc.) Also no political artwork. No pro-ships.
Do's
- Backgrounds can be drawn, but would add to the price. really depends on the complexity. Simple backgrounds, like using a plain color with some gradient will be easy. Trees, clouds, grass, nature surroundings are a little more complex, and will add to the price. More complex backgrounds like, restaurants, down-town city, very detailed places, will be far more complex, and will add to the price.- Will draw OC's- Will draw BL or GL- Will draw Fanart- Will draw kemonomimis
Clients rights and use:
Cannot use for commercial use.
Cannot sell prints of it.
They can make personal merch, not commercial merch out of it.
They can use it on their profiles, just make sure to credit me in your bio.
My art cannot be used for AI training, NFTs, or crypto related scams.
I have the right to upload your commission to my own sites, unless you ask me not to.
